Candidates may apply for a scholarship for the CMCP® Exam or the online CMCP® Exam Prep Course. The scholarship is awarded to up to 8 CRE professionals per quarter who meet the eligibility requirements and after review and evaluation of application materials. Quarterly deadlines are March 1, June 1, September 1, and December 1. Recipients will receive their scholarship award as a reimbursement upon successful completion of the CMCP® exam, or upon completion of the online CMCP® Exam Prep Course.

  • The CMCP® exam is administered by BOMA International.
  • Scholarship Award: $350 + Initial Exam Fee Price (dependent upon eligibility pathway selected)
